2) HOW TO ENTER:

A. Panoramic Photo Drawing: Take one or more photos with your AT&T Tilt and email it to tiltyourworld@gmail.com. Please include your name and the city of the AT&T Tilt Event you attended in your email. &/Or

B. Survey Drawing: Please complete a participant survey at www.tiltyourworldsurvey.com.

3) WINNER SELECTION: The winners for both drawings will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about December 16, 2007 under the supervision of The Eleven Agency, LLC., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on matters relating to this drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4) PRIZES: Panoramic Photo Drawing – 6 Chances to Win:

A. Panoramic Photo Drawing: First Drawing Prize: An Xbox 360 with a copy of Halo 3. Approximate Retail Value=$500. 6) ELIGIBILITY: This drawing is open only to AT&T Employees who were formally invited to & attended one of the following AT&T Tilt Your World Training Events sponsored by HTC.

7) Granting of rights to use Panoramic Photo Entries: Entrants to the Panoramic Photo Drawing agree to give to HTC, its heirs, legal representatives and assigns: a) the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish their photo entries without restriction b) Participants relinquish any right that they may have to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
c) Participants hereby affirm that they are over the age of majority and have the right to contract in my own name, have read the Official Drawing Rules & fully understand the contents thereof. Participants agree that the Official Drawing Rules shall be binding upon them and their heirs, legal representatives and assigns.

8) GENERAL CONDITIONS: Drawing entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Drawing Rules.

9) WHO WON: To receive name of the winner by mail after January 16, 2008 please mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: AT&T Tilt Panoramic Photo & Participant Survey Drawing c/o The Eleven Agency 15375 Barranca Parkway B101 Irvine CA 92618.
